Questions
What happens if we stop paying?
The workspace goes back to the Individual limits straight away: the owners and one machine keep working, and the rest wait. Nothing is deleted. Pay again and everyone is back at once. A failed payment gets 14 days of grace first. The spend cap on your machines never depends on the plan.
Who is Pro for?
One developer who runs agents on more than one machine, or wants more than 90 days of history. It keeps the Individual rules for people: it's still your dashboard alone. If you need teammates, that's Business. Pro is bought from Billing after you sign up, and stopping it puts you back on Individual.
What happens when the Business trial ends?
The same: without a payment method the workspace keeps the Individual limits until you add one. You can add it any time during the trial from Billing.
What counts as an active key?
A Lockpin key that recorded spend this month. Ten are included in Business; each one after that is $4 a month, counted once a day.
Do you see our prompts or API keys?
No. Lockpin runs where your agents run and talks to your model provider directly. The dashboard receives spend numbers only, from a closed list of fields, at the level of detail you choose.
